Responsibilities

The Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner is directly responsible to the collaborating physician and is a registered nurse prepared through a formal organized educational program that meets professional association guidelines to provide a full range of healthcare services, including planning, organizing, coordinating and directing optimal patient care and outcomes, to ensure quality patient care to the adult and geriatric patient that meets regulatory requirements.

This position requres experience, strongly preferred in an endocrinology practice, and a CRNP. Gestational diabetes experience preferred.

The location is in our Lansdale, PA office.

Hours will be Monday through Friday, days.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Master's degree in Nursing required.
CRNP.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Ability to listen to others required.
Demonstrated written communication skills required.
Strong verbal communication and listening skills required.
Demonstrated time management and priority-setting skills required.
Ability to perform focused bedside evaluation of patients.
MEDITECH EMR experience a plus, but will train.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:

Nurse Practitioner, licensed upon hire, required.
Registered Nurse in PA - licensed, upon hire, required.
Current CPR certification upon hire required.
